At the start of the film, we see a man named Verger, who has a strange and damaged face. His skin was burnt. A man who worked in the refugee camp was in front of him. Verger asks him about Hannibal. Because he was also kept in Asylum. He says that yes he was there and he didn't use to say word to anyone. Except for a girl named Clarice. He talked to her because he liked her. That girl was a detective. That man gives Verger, Hannibal's mask and says that it's so unique. Hannibal wore it. Verger buys this costly mask. On the other side, we see Clarice in her work. They catch a girl but Clarice sees a baby with her and stops. But her team member starts shooting her. Seeing it, all other team members start shotting. Clarice asks that woman to surrender so that they don't shoot her. But that woman doesn't agree and starts firing at them. Clarice shoots her and she dies. Then Clarice goes to her and holds the kid up. She cleans the blood from him and weeps. She was sad because they killed his mother. The next day in the meeting everyone was saying that Clarice is foolish. Clarice says I didn't give an order to fire at her. Then a man comes there and says that Verger wants to meet you. When he does research, he finds out that he is one of the top ten criminals. Whoever finds him will get a reward of 50 lac dollars from Verger. That police officer calls the website and says that Hannibal is in their city. They say that they need proof as they are not free. He goes to the library to find his fingerprints. But nothing was there as Hannibal always wore gloves in the library. Then that police officer makes another plan. He asks a man to steal Hannibal's purse. But I'll let you wear a bangle first. It means, how they have to quench their appetite. It is a separate part of the city where zombies reside. Because a few human beings transformed into zombies with a cause some years ago. Then human beings built a wall amid their city. Zombies were confined to the opposite side of the wall. And on the other side, there were all other human beings who were not infected by the zombies. Nor they had transformed into the zombies. They had been living as such for the seven to eight years. A boy comes on the scene at the airport which is the side of zombies. He is a zombie in actuality. But it was appearing that he had been lovely when he was human being. He is indulged in his thought. What is he thinking, no one knows. Because zombies had not ability to express their emotions. Because they had no ability to speak out. They were pale because they had not healthy red blood cells. Nor their hearts used to throb. The good thing for Axl is that the fuel in the instrument of Sam was finished. He couldn't throw more fire. Now Axl moves towards him in anger for the final attack. But Miles and Sara arrive there. They say to Axl that you are a good dog, don't do this. They stop it but them some drone comes there that was sent by that scientist. To control Axl. Because of it, Axl becomes weak. That scientist comes and takes Axl with him and changes its settings. Because of it, its memory didn't remain good. It means it forgets the past. It becomes evil. When Sara goes there, it couldn't identify Sara. Sara starts making something with her hand. With it, it understands that she is Sara. Because Sara has done this before when she was with Axl. Axl understands that who is harming it. It turns towards that scientist and starts attacking him. But then the army and the Government people come there. They arrest the scientist for doing this illegal work. They were moving towards Axl. But Sara and Miles take Axl with them. Sara comes out and surrenders in front of the army.
