Because "Ghost" was the fan of the werewolf comic, Then she understands that "Monkshood" dose is taken at that time, When a man is infected after being bitten by werewolf. We can suppose that "Ghost" was an intelligent and shrewd girl. Next day, "Ghost" goes to " Brigitte" to serve the food. And she says to " Brigitte" without thinking, I know that you are werewolf!
